L Boogie is the lead DJ/CEO of Island Vibe Promotions.  He started Island Vibe Promotions in 2019 and that is when he started his musical journey in Guam.  With a Caribbean background, born and raised in New York City & Atlanta, his musicality is vast, masterfully blending and mashing up Dancehall, Soca, Afrobeats with Hip Hop, R&B & Trap !!!  He has played venues all around the world from Guam, Japan, Spain, etc and around the United States !!
